赞皇县嶂石岩国家地质公园来临考察交流
Zanhuang County Zhangshiyan National Geopark Delegation Visits Linxia Unesco Global Geopark for Study Exchange
10月18日至19日，河北省赞皇县嶂石岩国家地质公园考察组来临夏考察学习临夏世界地质公园申报创建、管理机构设立、场馆建设运行、标识系统设置等工作。
在交流座谈会上，考察组代表就公园边界划定、迎检路线设计、中英文网站运营、档案资料整理、地质遗迹保护和智慧平台搭建等进行了深入交流，并签订了姊妹公园合作协议。随后，考察组一行先后到临夏世界地质公园博物馆、八坊十三巷、桦林古动物化石埋藏原址馆实地考察。
考察组表示，临夏州在申创世界地质公园、宣传地质文化、保护化石方面工作细致、成效显著。希望能借此机会与临夏州交流先进经验，通过姊妹公园这个纽带相互学习、相互交流、相互促进，共同推动地质科普、研学教学等方面向纵深发展，共同保护自然遗产。
From October 18 to 19, a delegation from Zanhuang Zhangshiyan National Geopark in Hebei Province visited Linxia for a study tour focusing on Linxia UNESCO Global Geopark’s application and establishment process, management structure, facility construction and operation, and signage system design.
During an exchange symposium, representatives held in-depth discussions on topics including park boundary demarcation, inspection route planning, operation of the Chinese–English website, archiving of documents, conservation of geoheritage sites, and development of a smart platform. A sister geopark cooperation agreement was signed thereafter. The delegation also conducted field visits to the Linxia UNESCO Global Geopark Museum, Bafang Thirteen Lanes, and the Hualin on-Site Burial Paleozoological Museum.
The delegation commended Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture for its meticulous efforts and notable achievements in pursuing UNESCO Global Geopark status, promoting geo-cultural awareness, and preserving fossils. They expressed hope to use this opportunity to share best practices with Linxia and deepen mutual learning, exchange, and collaboration through the sister-park partnership. Both sides aim to jointly advance geo-science outreach and research-based education, and to contribute together to the protection of natural heritage.
